Returns & Exchanges
At RedTape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your RedTape account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled at your convenience, or you can drop off the package at any authorized RedTape partner location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
